Spillage Control refers specifically to Total Belt Management solutions designed to prevent material loss and dust at conveyor transfer points, rather than environmental spill kits (like pads or booms).
Skirt Sealing System
Skirt Sealing Systems are used to cover the opening between the Chute and the Belt to restrict spillage. Synergy offers a technically superior and better-designed Skirt Sealing System to meet stringent operational requirements.
The Skirt Sealing System comes with Skirt Rubber Block, Clamping Plate, and Back Plate.
The Skirt Sealing Systems are available in the following Rubber Block dimensions:
- 250×200×20 mm – 4 blocks constitute one meter of Skirt.
- 200×200×20 mm – 5 blocks constitute one meter of Skirt.
- Synergy also offers Rear Skirts for belt widths ranging from 600 to 2400 mm.
Twin Lip Skirt Sealing System
Twin Lip Skirt is recommended for applications which encounter fine dust materials. The profile is available with wear-resistant rubber or PU, coupled with the mechanical structure to match.
The Twin Lip Skirt Sealing System comes with Twin Lip Skirt Rubber & End Clamping arrangement.
The Twin Lip Skirt Sealing Systems are available in the following lengths:
- 1 meter
- 3 meter
- 5 meter

Impact Pad
Synergy designs, manufactures, and supplies Impact Pads with Cradles. The pads are manufactured using a combination of impact-resistant rubber topped with UHMWPE, which gives these Impact Pads a very low-friction top surface.
Synergy Impact Pads come with a T-bolt fastening system, which enables variable fixing points throughout the length of the pads.
The pads are constructed with an aluminum channel at the bottom to ensure smooth sliding and easy installation.
